Parking is in the driveway. This home is in a trailor park but can be moved. Gas bill is usually around $50-$60 in the summer sometimes less and around $120 in the winter give or take a few $$
Electric bill in the summer is around $35-$45 and in the winter $100-130 give or take a few dollars.That is with lots of lights on and heat on 75 degrees all year round.

The rooms here are pretty open and spacey. I've enjoyed living here. I have not had any problems with noise or neighbors. The hardwood flooring was layed March 2007 and looks nice. One bedrooms carpet was layed January 2007 but the other 3 bedrooms have new carpet in great condition. I will be leaving a few gallons of paint with the new owner.
The appliences are clean and will stay with trailor.
We would like to move out before the end of January 2009. The title will be given to new owner when we recieve full payment. We will need at least 14 days to move out after we get the payment due to the fact that the payment will be paying for our tickets and the shipping of our things. We would like at least $7,000 down and then we are willing to take monthly payments and those are flexable.
I have pictures of every room of the house.
