Our home is 5-10 minutes from Lake Greeson and the Diamond Mine. We are situated on 3 acres with a built in, automatic sprinkler system. The lawn is beautiful with shrubbery, trees, and flower beds. There is an area on the property for a pond.
We have a 30x36 shop on the property. This is a two-story structure with an apartment upstairs. The apartment is one bedroom. The downstairs has three rooms and a full bathroom. The shop has a central AC unit.
Our home is three bedroom, two bath. The floors have been upgraded to laminate in the kitchen, dining, laundry, and hall. The guest bath has travertine on the floor. The countertops in the laundry, kitchen, and guest bath have granite on them. We do love our home, but need to relocate.
The location is rural, but it is only 3 minutes to town. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.
