Condominium in Scottsdale, Arizona

Located in Old Town Scottsdale; 68th Street/Thomas. Minutes from Scottsdale Fashion Square, Unique Shops, Restaurants, Clubs, Bars. Everyone bicycle's around the area or rides their motorcycles.

The Condo up keep is easy; The Water, Trash pickup, Yard work, Pool and Jacuzzi is included in the HOA dues. Its very quiet, as there are only adults that live in the Condo Complex; Los Coronado’s Community.

The neighbors are fun and have get togethers in the club house by the pool, during most holidays, even the Super Bowl!......I could put pictures and write that it has upgraded cabinets and all that good stuff, but its best if you come by and see the Condo and neighborhood for yourself.

I wish I could stay here (I absolutely love it here), but I beleive everyone has one of these stories, do not do what I did. I purchased the home with a co-borrower, which is NOW my exboyfriend and he wants to sell it.
