Single Family Home in Ridgecrest, California

For sale is a fully permitted house on a city lot in Ridgecrest, CA. I am a general contractor who has too many obligations am willing to sell this property at a fraction of what I have into it. The building permits for this house were purchased right before the big fee increases in 2006.
