Mobile Home in Paducah, Kentucky

Hello . This is a very nice home. It is a 2001 moudral home on a brick foundation.It has 2x6 walls with house windows that fold inside so you can clean them. We have a new metal commercial roof order to be put on the house also so it will have a new metal roof.It has not be smoked in dont smoke in the house and dont wear shoes on carpet. the carpet gets shampoo twice a year. It has a nice rock fire place. 3 bedroom,2 bathroom. the master bathroom has a juccuzzi with tile floor. then the shower and tol. sep. from the juccuzzi. IT has double sinks and a make up table on the other side of wall just for the women. It has walkin closet,big pantrey with a huge kitchen and island in the middle with a new flat stove.The little hall way has morbel floors and slate tile by front door. We just put a new air conditioner outside over the summer and new septic lines. It has a very nice above ground pool with a deck all the way around it and locking gates with a slide to the pool with a 20x20 pool building by the deck that is not fully finished. It has a two car inclosed steal carport with commercial sheet metal and roll up doors. also has a 20x30 barn in the back.Has a 9x15 wood storage shed with vinyl and a metal roll up door.It is a very nice place in the country about 10 to 15 mins. from lone oak and south side of town and about 8 mins. from I 24 highway and hour and half from Nashville tenn. call for more details and send me a e mail and I can send you more pic. or let you come see it.
