Some Things You May Want To Consider
Parkwood is a wonderful neighborhood. We have lived here 23 years, raised a family, and have been very happy here. Up until last summer, the annual Fourth of July neighborhood picnic has been held in our backyard and those of our immediate neighbors. It’s a community, in every sense of the word. This house is an easy, five minute walk to the Cedarbrook Pool, with no major traffic streets to cross. The pool is wonderful. As our boys grew up, they could either be at home or the pool, without further parental intervention. If they were anywhere else, I had to have full information: where, who, and when. But I didn’t have to drive them to the pool. Both boys worked summer jobs as groundskeepers when they were young. One worked as a Lifeguard when he was older. The pool was one of the best investments that I, as a parent, ever made.
