Single Family Home in Grand Haven, Michigan

Updated ranch home located in Grand Haven Township --close to elementary and high school.  Shopping stores, both Wallmart & Meijers are close by.  Rosy Mound beach is very close.  Grand Haven Beach and park are less than10 minutes away by car as is the local hospital' .  Exterior of the house was painted last summer--front yard has several perennial gadens.  All interior rooms were painted within last 2 years--most were painted last year.  Most of the rooms, including kitchan, dining room and bedrooms ,hallway have wooden floors.  Kitchen is good-sized with many cabints --pantry, new enegy efficient appliances and new lighting( (2 months old).,also eating counter with 4 stools.  Dining room adjacent to kitchen has dining table, 6 dining rm chairs, buffet, breakfront and sliders to deck overlooking very private yard with many trees.  Roof and air-conditioning were replaced about 4l years ago.  Living room has new fireplace and built in bookcase. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor --everything in the master bath was replaced 6 mos. ago, including, vanity, lighting, mirror, toilet and large shower.  Master  bedroom has 2 large closets and sliders to deck.  Lower level leads out to large yard--and perennial gardens.  There are 2 large rooms, one could be activity room, former owner had bar with chairs, athletic equipment and poker table.  We have a couch, several chairs and large cabinet--the next room is a family romm with fireplace, very large tv, couch and chairs. There is a full bathroom, large bedroom with sliders to downstairs deck and there is a workshop.  All bedrooms, including the family room have fans.  There is a lot of storage area, several closets downstairs, --each bathroom has a closet   --there is a linen closet in the upstairs hallway, and a guest closet near front door.  House is bright and cheerful.  Location is great. We didn't use the aie-conditioning that much last year because of all the sliders, windows and fans  --Downstairs area is large and is a plus for accommodating weekend guests--downstairs bedroom is large with a large closet--wooden floors and a large fan.  It's a quiet street --cemetary is across the street, one neighbor on one side and no neighbors on the otherside.  Ther are several lights outside, including --deck lights, driveway lights,driveway lamp, and several lights near entrance.
