Wonderful Estate Home built by My Father in the mid 1960.  The basic structure was framed with solid heart pine lumber from an old hotel that he had owned for many years.  The storm sheeting was place in the old-style of 45^ angle.  The original shingle roof was recentely covered by a life-time metal roof.  The exterior is a beautiful, unique elongated brick vineer with gray morter.  The inside is mixed panling, but the den, Kitchen and master bedroom are birch panling with a natural finish.  The formal living/dining rooms are finshed drywall (sheetrock).

    From the den area, the carport exit enters unto a large coverd porch, for nice sitting and rocking. 
    This home is great retirment couple or large family.  A couple could isolate the master bed, den, and kitchen area while leaving the other 3 bedroom seperate without having to heat or cool them.
