You can't find an affordable, neat, quality, child friendly, retirement friendly neighborhood in Hernando, MS like Edgewater. Commute easily to Memphis and keep the high quality schools of Desoto County. Edgewater offers 2 ponds to fish, walking trails, Gazebo, HOA, very close to Walmart, Walgreens, interstate, fast foods, ball parks, churches. The neighborhood offers lighting and a quiet atmosphere and friendly people. The houses were quality built and the neighborhood will stay nice because of the HOA.  My house has a 4th bedroom upstairs along with another TV/game room. The pool table will stay! My back and front yards are landscaped nicely with a homey atmosphere. The back yard is fenced in for pets. My back door that leads to the garage has a small dog or cat door. I have freshly painted the living room and bedrooms in the last year with beautiful colors. My living room is large. I have a huge walk in closet in my master along with a sit down shower in the bath. I have wonderful neighbors but am relocating to Florida. I will really miss it!
