Single Family Home in Thompson Falls, Montana

This is a great place! It is a 2 house property.  The main house has 2 bedrooms, one and a half baths.  Laundry room,  large back room that could be an office or another bedroom. The kitchen and dining room are open and flow right into the living room. Lots of light coming into this house, it's wonderful.There is a wood stove, electrical baseboard heaters, and a fuel oil stove.  We only used the wood stove last year and a small heater in master bedroom and were very comfortable. Apple tree in the back yard. There is a nice size deck on 2 sides. Also, a great carport.   The second house is a  remodeled garage, that is a very cute one bedroom and room for an office or another bedroom, w/deck and back access to the large yard of main house.  It has a very nice living room, small kitchen and bathroom.  This is a great source of income!  There is also a very nice shed in the back yard w/deck.  The view of the mountains is very beautiful.
