This beautiful ranch house is also vinyl sided for low maintenance. The garage has been upgrade to a fully usable 190 squre feet of den. Yes it is heated and air conditioned! It has floor to ceiling book cases and is carpeted with Berber carpet. The sliding glass door has been replaced with a set of dual opening French doors that go out to a 10 X 10 patio. Then out to a very wide and deep yard. There are 2 very large Cedar trees directly behind the house for optimal viewing privacy. We have put a 10 X 10 shed on the side of the house to make up for the garage that was transformed, and is not viewable from the road. At the front of the house is and Azealia bush at roadside then a tall Maple tree in the middle and also a Crepe Myrtle. On each front corner of the house are Hollys, one trimmed into a tree and the other a bush.
The house has fresh paint, except for the bedrooms. We have ceiling fans in the Den, Livingroom and Master bedroom.

The floors inside are a Oak laminate floooring that covers all of the house except for the bedrooms(who wants to step onto a cold floor in the morning anyways).
