This house is in a perfect location and very well maintained! We are minutes away from
Battleground Ave., Bryan Blvd, and PTI airport. Everything you need is minutes away - shopping, nightlife, gyms, schools, restaurants, business parks, parks. It is a great place to raise a family and have pets! I work in Downtown Greensboro and my
commute is only 12 minutes. My wife works in Winston-Salem and her commute is reasonable too with access to Bryan and the connector to I40.
We have completed several large projects around the house! First, we had a fence professionally installed around the back yard. This is a very nice wooden picket fence. It overlaps the sides of the house for easy access to the garage. We had gates installed on both sides of the house, including a double-sized gate in case equipment or other large items need to be brought into the back yard.
We also had extensive landscaping done. Specifically, we removed about 6 dead or dying pine trees to really open up the back yard and increase the sunlight.
