As you step through the front door you are greeted by a 14-foot high ceiling of traditional viga construction. You immediately notice the plaster walls, the tiled entrance, and the polished wooden trip which is typical of quality construction in Santa Fe. The living room, with its kiva fireplace, is on your right.

Proceeding east to the end of the gallery, you are standing with the kitchen and family area on your left and the dining room on your right. The open architecture gives you a feeling of very ample space. Skylights allow natural accent lighting to the gallery pictures. Lighting is supplemented through the stained glass panels in the dining area.

The curved exterior wall of the dining area provides a peaceful feeling that is enhanced by the depiction of aspen, wildflowers and a humming bird in the stained glass shutters. This scene allows a view of the pinions outside through clear portions of the panels

A family eating area is situated adjacent to another circular wall at the end of the kitchen with a view of the back yard. The back yard, off the kitchen, is one of the highlights of the home. A covered patio is enhanced by a brick-paved area that is ample to entertain many guests during the summer months. It features two raised, mature flower gardens, a matching grill, and is completely enclosed by a masonry wall.

A separate 2-room outbuilding is located at the west end of the property and is currently used as an office and a sewing room. Each room has its own entrance. An 8-foot deck serves the north entrance.

The master bedroom is on the second level. It has a curved exterior wall on the north side and access to the outside over the garage with a covered sitting area and outstanding sunset views. The adjoining bathroom has an extra large bathtub and a cedar closet.

The two bedrooms on the first floor adjoin a hallway off the kitchen area. Each has an adjacent full bath and a cedar closet. The south bedroom has a door to the outside garden area.
