This home is located on Indian Lake, Ohio.  It is cedar sided-maintenance free.  Outside includes a deck over the seawall for fishing, a sandy beach for swimming and a deeded dock for boating. There is a 4 tiered deck facing the lake with access to the house through sliders.  Mature oak and pine trees provide cooling shade.  Inside there is an eat in kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal with softened water.  Also downstairs is the master bedroom with a double sink, shower and spa tub on tile flooring.  There is a walk-in closet.  There is a living room with 22' high ceilings, hardwood flooring and a two-way gas fireplace which is shared with the dining room.  There is also garage access, utility room and another full bath that is also tiled.  A spiral staircase leads to a 35x12 bonus room.  Upstairs has two full baths, two bedrooms, two walk-in attics and a large loft.  We are the only owners and had the home built.  The lake is seen in every room of the home.  Our family has enjoyed living here on the lake for 15 years but we are selling due to retirement.  The area is unique in that there are two parks for families to enjoy.  There are neighbors on each side with a park to the back and of course lake front.  There is snowmobiling in the winter or ice fishing.  Of course in the summer, it's left to your imagination.
