456 Eight Mile Property is compiled of two lots totaling almost 3 acres. It is exactly one mile from the Ohio River. We share a bridge over Eightmile creek with two other properties. Both other properties still being occupied by their original owners. To the back side of the property is 1,100 acre Mound Park. One of Hamilton County s finest parks featuring some of the best views of the Ohio River. There are hiking trails that go up to the park. Through the trails you will see historic vineyard rock walls where early settlers had turned the entire hillside into a vineyard back in the early 1900 s.
