The water in the cove is 5 to 6 feet deep in the middle and until the winter draw down the boat can be kept tied up to the special cantilever dock. The fish play in the cove quite often and it's a regular hangout for ducks and Heron. This property is located adjacent to the neighborhood park so getting the boat in or out of the water (usually only once a year) takes about 15 minutes.
