In the den of this 2 year old home there is an oak built-in mantle and bookcase with a propane gas fireplace that really heats things up. There are custom window treatments and a casual color scheme. The kitchen / dining area is large with a high rise dining storage unit (unique) for gatherings with friends. The appliances are stainless steel. There is a downstairs bedroom that is currently being used for a large office with it's own bath and closet that could be the master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with one being used for the master with a full bath including individual shower and deep garden tub. There is also a great view from the double window of this bedroom that looks directly out to the cove. On the outside there is a wraparound porch that extends from the front of the house around the back. There you have a raised view of the back yard and lake, and can enjoy the breezes that blow in from the lake . From the den there are french doors that open onto the back porch as well as windows facing the lake to give you a relaxing view. In the back yard we have added a cabana building we call the Outback. It is 12 x 16 with full electrical and a utility sink along with cabinets and countertop. There is a loft for storage and this building has a 12 x 10 deck that is great for cooking out. Spending the night there is very relaxing and there is cable available for watching TV or movies in the evening. I also have sorround sound there which will stay with the building. The walls are insulated and the floor is tongue and groove pine. Easily add a bath and someone could live there! The water in the cove is 5 to 6 feet deep in the middle and until the winter draw down the boat can be kept tied up to the special cantilever dock. The fish play in the cove quite often and it's a regular hangout for ducks and Heron. This property is located adjacent to the neighborhood park so getting the boat in or out of the water (usually only once a year) takes about 15 minutes. Also you can walk across to the park from the back yard (your own private entrance) to enjoy the neighborhood dock and play in the water. Come see for yourself!
