Newer wood floors upstairs, new carpet in bedrooms, A/C new last year, overlooked a city pond and park, excellent neighbors, nice yard, close to all schools great city to live in, huge front deck.  We need to sell this house, Itook a job out of state, so we are very motivated.  We are moved out and it is ready to move in.  Freshly painted and cleaned.   Thanks for looking!!!!
