This house is a nice house, with a decent sized fenced in back yard. There is a fireplace in the livingroom, that works nicely. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the house is on a culdesak. There are kids in the neighborhood, and the neighbors are all friendly. This house is located close to all kinds of stores, and restaurants. We are selling as is, because the carpet needs to be replaced, the kitchen floor needs replacing, and the walls need a new coat of paint but the buyer can do it anyway they want.
