Dazzlingly decorated in a palette of lovely colors from earth-tones to royal blue. Split plan layout. Landscaping is without peer in the neighborhood, including a dozen 20 to 40 foot palm trees - a Coconut and two Washingtonians are among the most prominent. Those and the various assorted other shrubbery make for a  breathtaking scene.
