The addition of a second story would create amazing views of Long Island Sound, Clinton HArbor and the Hammock River, and would definitely add to the value of this home. The neighborhood is wonderful and very friendly, well suited for everyone, whether younger, older, single or family. It is a great neighborhood to live year round in, retire in, or just vacation in. Suitable for all!
