This house has been owned be the same family since 1966.  It has been well maintained over the years.  New carpet, new roof, and siding were added about 8 years ago, plus new electrical wiring and plumbing.  In the last year, every room in this home has been updated and remodeled, with the exception of the dining room.   All  of the bedroom, bathroom, and hall walls have been textured and repainted.  The kitchen cabinets were redone.
