LOOK AT THE VIEW!
We live on the best landing in the county.  Our neighbors are great and everyone tells us we have the best view on the river.  The house has a screened porch and deck on the river-side of the house and looks straight up and down river.  We have several pictures from the floating dock and porch that really capture the beauty of the river.  The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a large window overlooking the river, and french doors leading to the screen porch.  The livingroom has french doors leading onto the screen porch and provides a great place to sit and enjoy the views.  New wood floors have just been installed in the kitchen area.  The bathroom has been completely remodeled to include a large garden tub overlooking the river, tile flooring, and large laundry room.  Another small deck sits just outside the laundry room entry door with steps leading to the yard.  The secondary bedroom is currently being used as an office but used to be my son's room.  My son is now 14 and has his own area seperate from the main house.  His room is 16 feet x 24 feet with a full bathroom, large walk-in closet, surround sound system, and small deck.  This room is heated and cooled with a small window unit.  Deer, squirrels, owls, and other wildlife frequently visit.  We often enjoy watching the boats float by as people enjoy great fishing.  This area of the river allows a maximum boat motor of 9.9 horsepower which keeps the river safe for all to enjoy.  There is also a "No Wake" enforcement along the river at the landing which keeps erosion under control.  We hope someone will come enjoy the home as we have.  Please feel free to email me at casey_thompson1973@yahoo.com for pictures requests and questions.
