Rooms descriptions:
MAIN FLOOR
-Master Bedroom opens onto deck overlooking pool and water, master closet is very large.
-Master Bath has a very large shower, double sink and linen closet.
-Living Room opens onto two decks has 40 foot ceilings, a 40 inch plasma TV and entertainment system built flush into the wall, a beautiful stone fireplace and opens onto two decks.
-Dining room has many windows and a large tropical chandelier
-Kitchen with Bar is very light and bright with all modern stainless steel appliances/gas stove, lots of cabinetry and is open to both the living room and dining room.
-The Two guest bedrooms are oversized with oversized closets with the guest bathroom just across the hall.
-Laundry room closet comes with the washer and dryer and offers more storage.
-Office is beautifully done and large with french doors, contains the house's entertainment equipment and has a large closet.
TOP FLOOR 
-Loft may be used for a 4th bedroom, office, hobby/craft area.  It is VERY large, has its own patio, screened in porch and deck overlooking the pool and water.
BOTTOM FLOOR
-Gym/work out area comes with television and VCR/DVD player for your workout tapes & dvds.  It is out of the way as it hangs from the wall, also comes with the treadmill, weight bench, weights, etc.  The other side of the gym has a large wall unit, plus a closet.  The wall unit contains a Murphy bed that folds up when not in use and when you have additional company folds down in literally one second for a 5th bedroom.
-The Pantry is the size of a regular bedroom and comes with the beautiful Swedish Pine shelving units which hold all your paper goods and can goods and party supplies for entertaining.  It also has a Freezer for additional cold storage.
-The Pool Bathroom has a shower and is either great for rinsing the clorine of after a relaxing swim or serves as the bathroom for the guest staying downstairs on the Murphy Bed
-other side of the house downstairs is the garage, a THREE car garage with built in shelving, workbench, storage and features a connection to the house power so you run on a generator if you need to. 
-Pool and Jacuzzi/Hot Tub can run off of a propane gas heater or electric heater.  It has both.  The Jacuzzi can fit up to 9 people and the pool is large enough for swimming laps.  The combination also has a two story screen cage over it to protect from bugs.
-The driveway itself can fit a 40 foot RV and three cars
-Docks- Directly behind the pool you can dock two boats. Docking your boat is a cinch with the very long dockage available for your larger yacht which has both water and power at the dock.  For the smaller boat, there is an additional boat lift and two docks on either side of it to easily rinse it down.
-Yard-Lush Tropical Landscaping including many Coconut Palms provides privacy and shade and the in ground sprinkler system provides ample and convenient.  There is also a large fenced in area so your doggies have ample room to play outside and relieve themselves or you can easily use it as play yard for the little ones.

-House has audio speakers in every bedroom, living room, dining area, plus the gym, the deck and pool area to listen to music either on the satellite tv, cd or stereo system.

-most of the incandescent lighting are on dimmer switches to create many different moods
