We are offering a very large house in the city of Clayton, Ga.
The home is located on a small pond that has lots of fish it. Our three children stayed at the banks edge and caught them at all time of the year.
As you come into the asphalt driveway you will be under a canopy of dogwoods and pines. You will walk up to the covered ranch style front porch by way of rock stepping stones laid in grass.
The basement has been finished off to accomodate an additional kitchen, pool table area, living room, full bathroom and has sliding doors that open up to the pond that is less than 30' away.
The master bedroom is on the main level and is very large, approximately 16 x 23. Ther is a walk through closet that leads to the master bathroom which  includes a shower and garden tub along with his and hers vanities.
The kitchen is very large with double ovens, built in smooth top stove in the island, wood cabinets and LOTS of cabinet space. The kitchen and dining room opens up the the second floor deck which overlooks the pond. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room and an additional bedroom that has dutch doors to accomodate a small childs room (which is what we used it for) or can be a great office.
The upstairs (3rd floor) has four large bedrooms, two on either end of the house with two full bathrooms in the center of the house. At the top of the stairs there is a large loft area that was used for childres play area, t.v. area and study.
Three of the bedrooms upstairs have large closets and the remaining one has a smaller closet but has a built in desk at the end of the closet.
This has been a great house for my family but are moving out of state and need to sell.
