Unlike the ad states, this house is not located in the city, but 8.5 miles north of Bainbridge. This home was updated in 2002-2003 with architectural shingles, new air conditioning unit, and double insulated windows. Viewing the house from the outside will fool you, because although the exterior has siding (built in 1955), the inside is a wood-lover's dream. The interior has re-finished oak flooring in the dining room, living room, and one bedroom, with carpet in the other two bedrooms, linoleum in the kitchen and large hallway (carpet and vinyl can be removed and oak floors underneath can be refinished) and the bathroom has a tiled floor. (Only one of the bedrooms is pictured, but the other two are just like it.) It also has solid pine tongue and groove walls
and ceilings thoughout the entire house, giving it a "cabin" feel. French doors open between the dining room and living room, and the central hallway is large enough to be used as an extra sitting room. The house has a huge fenced in backyard, and a storage building. It sits off the main road nestled behind a hedge of pine trees, azalea bushes, and two beautiful huge oak trees.
Also, if you are viewing the area map, it is incorrect. If you will look further up the map, you will see a fork in the road past Steadham Road. Take the curve, and the house is actually right past the curve on the right. I have tried to move the marker, but so far the change is not appearing.
