In 2006 all new kitchen cabinets were installed, along with new linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom, and new carpet throughout the main floor.  We bought an electric Whirlpool stove in August 2006, and a Maytag dishwasher in February 2008, both of which will stay in the home.  In October 2006 we had a new high efficiency Rheem furnace installed.  In May 2007 we had a new high efficiency Rheem central air installed, along with adding a 10 X 10 shed to the property.  The basement has 2 "bedrooms" partially finished, only lacking carpet.  One other room in the basement is framed in, and wouldn't take much to complete.  In May 2008 we did some landscaping around the house, along with staining the front deck.  This home is within walking distance to the schools, and a local golf club!  Shopping in many areas within miles!
