Updated within the last seven years, including electrical.  Custom front door and French doors to the backyard were added in the last two years.  New carpet is being installed in the living room, den, hallway and bedrooms.  Ceramic tile and a new energy saver (green) toilet has been installed in the main bathroom this month.  Fresh paint and a steel door leading to the backyard from the bonus/office room has been added.  Double car garage has sheet rock walls and ceilings with vents for central heat and air to have duct work run to, if desire.  A new 40 gallon, energy-saving hot water heater has just been installed.  The entry, dining room, and kitchen have ceramic tile.  All windows have customized blinds from JC Penney.  The yard, front and back, have been beautifully landscaped with lots of flowers and colors.  The front of the house has gutters.  The back has a drip edge.
