Much loved family home. Across the street from Skyview Elementary. We have spent a lot of time fixing up our home for a new owner! There is new carpet (cut berber/color-tornado). There is new paint inside and out! Even the garage and its ceiling have been painted. We will also be adding a new roof. There is a baseball mural in one of the bedrooms. It could be painted over, but I didn't have the heart to do it myself! We have a large master bedroom with its own bathroom. The vanity and sink are separated from the toilet and large shower. There is a bar in the living room (working sink and cabinets). We have cleaned up the backyard nicely and installed a new backyard gate. Brand new storage building in back.
