My house sets on the west side of a lot. Therefore the (1/2) address. The house needs a new roof and a lot of interior work. Some exterior work. There is a five year old furnace, five year old gas water heater, both high efficiency. I installed a new circuit breaker box for power and partially rewired the house. There are several antiques inside that will go with the house. There is a conduit for underground electric service.
