This house is called a Garden home, one enters either through the garage into the kitchen or through the gate that takes you into the courtyard, once your in the courtyard you enter through double doors into the house.  This house stands on a zero lot.  There is a built in refrigerator and a six burner stove and two ovens.  Two bedrooms are carpeted while the rest of the house is stone flooring.  The house is air conditioned  (which I do not use) don't need it, House has  gas and electricity.
The courtyard has a small waterfall and a large patio table with a very large embrella (for the summer).  The Master bedroom has a small connected room one can use for a reading room or a computer room or both.  I use the fourth bedroom fo looking at TV.it's an open room.
This location is between The Ritz Carlton, the Regis Hotel and the Harbor.  The beach is 4 small blocks away and then you are at the beach where we all see the sun go down and usually eat our dinner there during summer and spring.  I have no view but when one can walk 4 short blocks to the beach then who needs a view.  I am also on the inside of Pacific Coast Highway, no traffic to say the least.
