This is a home I purchased as a rental property. A tenant has been in place for 1 1/2 years and will be moving out once the home is sold. I have an appraisal that was done in May of this year. The price reduction is due to the condition of the market , a desire to sell the property quickly and to allow for new paint and carpet.
