House is small, 1 bedroom/bath,(bedroom is large- currently has 2 double beds and a single) good size kitchen and living room. Cabin is one large main room (we have 4 beds in that room as well as living and dining furniture) tiny kitchen, bath and sauna. Beautiful land of hills can be enjoyed from front porch with views for many miles. Wonderful walking and hiking, especially to 2 acre pond or small trout strem. Manchester or Bennington only 25 minute drive.
