House was sided 2 yrs. ago(vinyl), all windows upgraded to 2 pain insulated with most being tip ins. The roof is white steel ben on about 6 yrs. All insulated doors. Has a sand floor in cellar with stone wall foundation on main part with a real small crawl space under 28'x16' addition. Septic has a 1000 or 1200 gal. tank and there is 750 or 1000 gal. leach tank and a 300 gal leach tank for washer. Water is a well feed by a spring(plenty of water. Front porch with roof all long the front. The house has been insulated but am in the procces of adding more. There is a 42'x 28'x 13'h garage that is attached with a 10'wx12h insulated door with remote opener on one end. Needs more insulation and is heated. There are 2 cover all buildings also. One is 14'x14'x44' and the other is 12'x10'x40'. 6 acres is tillable with a sandy loam mixture. Very good for garden. The other 3+ acres consist of woods with a runoff runing thru the and a spring that has water leaking on top of the ground. The house is 2 tone brown. The is a private cemetary that has peopled buried in it with the last one around 1890. Live 6  miles from town, 2 miles from a little story. I leve about 25 miles from Syracuse,Ny and 45 miles from Watertown,NY Easy access to Route 81 which is an intersate running north and south. If you like snow this is the place to be. We get a lot of snow, about 15-20' for the season. Real good hunting and fishing with Pulaski being the Salmon capital of the east. Few mile from Lake Ontario and about 60 miles from Canada. There is a farm tractor and mower that goes with the place. Depending on which tractor you like. One would make it a little more expensive. This is avery nice place to live and work. Reason for moving is that I can't stand the cold or put up with the snow. I am disabled with 2 bad knees and a bad back. This is the only reason for leaving.
