This house is a dream. It is on a large lot in the most prestigous neighborhood in Aylett, has beautiful landscaping, and is elegant inside. The house is brick and low maintenance. The rooms are large; most are approximately 20 x 20. Each bedroom has its own large tiled bathroom with tub and shower and at least 1 walk-in closet. There are 3 large bedrooms, a living room, a den, and a dining room. There is a huge walk in linen closet and 2 walk in coat closets in the hall. The livingroom and dining room have custom made drapes that convey. The majority of the windows in the house are the tall, beautiful, double paned roll-out type with vertical blinds which convey.
The lighting in the house is exceptional. There are 2 large crystal chandeliers, one in the dining room and one in the foyer. There is also a small crystal chandelier in the eating area of the kitchen. The hallway also has 2 small chandeliers. There is also recessed lighting in kitchen, den, and master bedroom. There are 3 ceiling fans, one in the kitchen, one in a bedroom, and one in the dressing room of the master bedroom.
