This is a 2003 Palm Harbor Manufactured Home.   This Home is sitting in a Park called the Trails of Oak Hill.  This is a gated community with a swimming pool. You will rent the land.  You will pay $390 per month for the property. This home sits on the best lot in the park.  It is at the end of the cultesac on top of the hill. There are only a few homes on the hill.  Next to it is the green belt.  There are no homes just open wooded land next door.  It is up on a hill so you look down at the rest of the park.  The hill has many wildflowers in the spring. The house has a large deck in front.  It has a fabulous view of the sunset.  It has been landscaped with many trees, bushes, and flowers.  It even has a garder where you can plant vegetables and more flowers.  Our neighbors on the hill are great.  We have one neighbor who can fix anything and another who does petsitting for me and housekeeping.  

The inside of the home is very well kept.  The tubs are still sparkly white.  It has fancy ceiling fans in all rooms.  The kitchen opens into the living room and there is plenty of space.  It is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen which has nice tile.  It has a new dishwasher and a laundry room. The house also has drapes on all windows.  A large storage unit is situated on the side of the house.

I have to say again that the views from this house are exceptional!
