Single Family Home in Evans, West Virginia

This is a great home for someone who wants to live in the country and yet be close to town.  It is situated approximately one mile up a state maintained dirt road; however, it is only 15 minutes (max) from I-77.  It is actually in Evans, WV which is 15/20 minutes from Ripley to the south and Ravenswood to the north, 36 miles from Charleston and about the same from Parkersburg. 

The 12-room house has Ondura roofing (which has a 150 year warranty) and the garage has a new roof which was just installed March '07.  The central air unit was just installed in early '07 as well.  The downstairs is carpeted throughuot, installed March '06. (except the bathroom which has tile flooring)

The water source is a well, that has really fresh tasting water, and it has supplied water for a family of 7 for about 10 years.

There are 2 maple trees in the backyard that provide great shade, there is a third maple tree that is only 9 years old, which will provide great shade in the future.
