This house is a charming cottage built in 1988. Most of the time I move into a house and then find out what I don't like about it. In this case, I moved into the Circle Drive house four years ago and found lots of unexpected aspects I loved. It is a house that is user friendly and has been thoughtfully planned.
The features that I like best are the wet lands in the rear that I look out upon every morning as I listen to the birds. The whole back of the house has windows and a glass door. There is a large deck on the back, very private for entertaining.
By the way, there is also an outdoor shower for people like me who get dirty gardening. I just leave a towel there, step into the shower and get clean before coming inside.
The flagstone fireplace the the focal point inside. The stones go all the way up the vaulted ceiling. The walls are an offwhite palette for art work.
The 3/2 house was painted on the entire inside 2 years ago. It is in move-in condition.
