This property is located 12 miles southwest of Mountain Home; within 20 minutes of great fishing on Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes, Buffalo and While Rivers; deer on the property and wild turkey hunting in the area.   This 2,200 square foot home has four bedrooms, each bedroom has a walk-in closet with the master bedroom having the biggest, the master bedroom has a full bath with 60 inch oval tub, separate shower and linen storage; the second full bath has two sinks with vanity area and walk-in linen closet; there is a 1/2 bath in the laundry room.   There is a large kitchen with walk-in pantry and lots of storage with several slide out shelves and an island; attached dinning room with French doors leading to the back yard; living room with wood burning fire place; family room with built-in cabinets and a built-in computer desk covering one wall; laundry/heat pump room (8 years left on full heat pump parts and labor warranty) with 50 gallon hot water heater and  room for washer/dryer and freezer; 10 x 10 foot hobby room with one wall of built-in cabinets. The house is all electric with a 200 amp service which is the largest provided by the local electric co-op. The electrical is underground to a pole at the property line beyond our trees.   Home has 2x6 insulated exterior walls in addition to heavy duty insulated vinyl siding and added ceiling insulation; tongue and grove 3/4 inch flooring (rather than composite materials) on 18 inch centers rather than 24 inch; windows are aluminum covered with white vinyl and low emissivity to let in light but keep out the summer heat; architectural roofing for longer life and greater resistance to wind damage; the house was specified for wind zone 2 while the norm for this area is the lower wind speed for zone 1. The house exterior has no exposed wood for upkeep. The house in on a concrete slab with cement block from the slab to the bottom of the exterior walls of this double wide manufactured home completed in July 2009.   There is a 40x60 wood framed insulated shop with metal siding and roofing and concrete floor. The shop has three roll up doors and two man doors. There is a mechanical room with the well pump controls and storage tank; 200 amp electrical panel separate from the house wired to allow off grid connection of a generator; water softener for the shop and house; 40 gallon water heater for the shop 3/4 bath.   The shop includes water and electrical connection for a washer and dryer and is rough plumbed and with electrical panel connections to allow addition of a kitchen. There is a 10x10 foot concrete storm room with 6 inch thick reinforced walls and ceiling including underground telephone line to a pole off site beyond our trees.   25 fenced acres, about 3/4 pasture and rest woods with some mature trees through out the woods and pasture; a combined total of 12 apple, peach, pear and plumb trees planted in 2010; spring and heavy rain seasonal creek.   The well provides 15 GPM. There are raised bed gardens (about 40 x 4 feet) and a 45 foot long trellis for vegetables like pole bean, pole peas, cucumbers or other climbing vegetables.   There is a water connection, one 30 amp and one 50 amp electrical connection and sewage station for RVs.   There is a chicken coup for our 15 free range chickens. There are three Nigerian Dwarf goat does and one buck that are for sale. Two goats provide milk for five of us and, with the November 2010 buck, we expect to get 4 to 6 kids per year for sale.
