The Bent Tree
sub-division was opened in 2005, in the highly regarded Rogers school district.
We are 8 miles from the Wal-Mart home office and a few minutes to the Pinnacle Hills
Mall and stores. The home was built as a combined show and sales office - it s
all brick, high quality construction throughout, first occupied in 2008.
The open entry with
distressed oak floors leads to a carpeted 30 x 15 living room we have it
furnished with a pool table, seating and TV. The room features a natural stone gas
fireplace and exposed beams. Beyond the living room is the kitchen with Brazilian
cherry cabinets, accented by blue eye granite counter tops and stainless steel
appliances. This opens to huge family room with cathedral ceilings and more
exposed beams. The expansive master suite on the ground floor features a
Jacuzzi bath, double vanities with black granite, steam shower, a combination bidet
toilet and huge closet. The three large bedrooms upstairs all feature private
access to bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate king size beds. The upstairs
en-suite is perfect for the older teenager, grandparents or out of town guests.
The oversize two car
garage has cupboards, counter space, a full size refrigerator, our ride along
mower and two mid size sedans. It s a little squeeze, but we tested parking a
Suburban in there before we decided on a Tahoe. There is parking for additional
cars in the driveway and two cars can be parked in the driveway and you can
still get in and get out of the garage with a four car family such as ours
that saves a lot of valet parking . You won t find that with a typical three
car garage. Also, our sprinkler system controls are located in the garage no
need to winterize.
HOA fees are $175 per
year. Our corner lot landscaping is paid for by the HOA our landscaping is
mostly grass cutting and the front rockery. The neighbors are friendly and
there is pool access at our neighboring Warren Glen subdivision for the kids.
You will notice that the power cables are underground two years ago the
electric company wanted to upgrade the power and our neighborhood paid to bury
those cables and get an undertaking that cables would never fly in our
subdivision. The price includes washer, dryer, the pool table, two refrigerators,
fans and lights.
This is a casual, easily
lived in, fun home, great for teenagers; close enough to the local restaurants
and entertainment but with a safe, neighborly feel, easily maintained and quiet
enough to recharge the batteries.
