This house features an open airy

maple) throughout. Antique clawfoot bathtub in downstairs bath.
Walk-in closets in three of four bedrooms, and three large hall closets
for plenty of storage space (not to mention the huge stand-up attic)!
House sits on 300 feet of county road and is 4 miles to town and
schools.
Lots of extras... barn with hay loft (32' x 28'), storm/fruit
cellar (12' x 9'), producing orchard (apple, pear, plum, peach) with
plenty for canning, 6 organic deep bed gardens just perfect for the
spring planting. The 105 foot deep water well has water standing at
about 60 feet and puts out 11-15 gallons/minute.
This house is perfect for the big and growing family. If you are
homeschooling, or thinking of homeschooling, this is the house for
you! We have great neighbors all around (but not too close). Deer on
the property. I've never seen bear but know folks who hunt them
locally. Great hunting (deer, wild turkey, bear) right outside your
door, and the fishing is always great with world record trout and bass
taken within a very short drive. Lake Norfolk is one of Arkansas'
largest lakes, and the resort area is approx. 15 miles west of Viola.
Bulls Shoals Lake is just beyond that. The White River flows through
here. Branson, MO, is just about two hours NW.
We have more pictures - request them if you are interested! Also,
please feel free to ask any questions. We do need to sell and are not
interested in renting the house out at this time. A very short-term
lease-option with a 10% down payment is a possibility if necessary
(although not preferable). Thanks for looking, and may God bless you!
