Very healthy place to live: can exercise and stay young till you get into your 90's years of age. Friendly neighbors, very quite neighborhood: you do not hear the normal noise of the city, almost like living in the country; but, city is close by; but just far enough away that neighborhood has that vacation year round feel. Quiet enough to allow you to write books or work on thesis.
Surfing and beach is very close by; 5 minute drive. Some of the best surfing in the world.
This has been a very safe neighborhood. People have been very polite and kind, lifelong friends made here. A good place to raise children and a good place to spend retirement, and a good place to get in excellent physical condition. Fresh air and peaceful surroundings, this is the good life.
