The house was built new and with custom design in 2005. A lot of attention to detail was put in during the building and this was to be our families home but due to unforeseen circumstances we need to move to another part of the country. The house sits on a .87 acre lot, has a very open layout that offers a lot of options in setting up your home. There is a two car garage that is attached. The living room has cathedral ceilings with two sky lights and a gas fireplace. There is also a remote control fan and light in the living room, with wall control as well.
