The home features massive wooden columns by Melton Classics. There is a large solid mahogoney front door with a brushed nickel Baldwin entry set. There is custom insultated leaded glass above and on the side panels of the entry door Overhead exterior lightining is provided by a hanging black cast aluminum Hanover Lantern (Model B9420) with a seven foot chain. The three candelabra base bulbs are easily changed from a second floor window. Oval decorative windows flank the entry door.

The foyer has a hardwood floor and beautiful wallpaper. A powder room off the foyer features a crystal vessel sink, Rohl country mount bridge faucet and .75 inch thick polished Emperador Dark marble countertop and Toto toilet fixture. On the opposite side of the foyer is a coat closet which also contains the conrols for the power wench for the chadelier (not yet installed) located in the interior central hall entryway.

The foyer leads to a two story central hall entryway with a magnificent coffered ceiling. A curved stairway featuring black cast iron balisters and an oak railing leads to the second floor. At the top of the stairs a catwalk connects the second floor master bedroom and the central hall which leads to the other second floor bedrooms. On the first floor the central entryway leads to an octagonal shaped conservatory which could accomadate a piano and has a built in wet bar. The conservatory has a two story soaring vaulted ceiling. A curved staircase leads to the lower level. Both the entry way and the conservatory have wainscoting and beautiful detail work.

This home features master bedrooms on both the first and second floors. Each has a large sitting area and walk in closet. The second floor bedroom sitting area has six large built in storage drawers. The second floor bedroom also features a glass enclosed gas fireplace and an exterior deck. Both master bathrooms have marble floors and countertops and twin sinks. The butler's pantry has a large stainless steel sink with a Perrin & Rowe Country Kitchen Collection faucet, granite counter top, a ten foot by nine inch granite shelf on the wall opposite the sink and a Miele Diamante Plus dishwasher (Model # G2183SCVI). There are two tall dish storage cabinets with tempered glass shelves and seeded glass doors. Accent lights at the top of these cabinet illuminate the interior. A Marvel wine chiller (Model # 61WCMBDR) will keep the wine at the right temperature.

Cabinetry throughout the home is by Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry, Schaefferstown, PA featuring Blum hinges and full extension drawer slides. Alno 3.75 inch satin nickel drawer pulls (A1570-3-SN) and Alno 1.25 inch satin nickel knobs finish the cabinetry.
