is a town located in Hartford County, Connecticut, United States. The population was 12,043 at the 2000 census.
Situated on the Connecticut River, the town is named after a set of canal locks. These were opened in 1829 and formed part of the Enfield Falls Canal that circumvented nearby shallows on the river.
Windsor Locks is the site of Bradley International Airport, which houses the New England Air Museum. One-third of the town's area consists of the airport.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 9.4 square miles (24.2 km²), of which, 9.0 square miles (23.4 km²) of it is land and 0.3 square miles (0.9 km²) of it (3.53%) is water.
