This is one of the nicest homes in a five star rated park.  Lake Conley is a well kept 55plus gated community.  It is bordered on two sides by a 600 acre lake.   The home is a two bedroom two bath that measures 26 x 50 with a 12 x 18 enclosed front porch.  It was ordered with several factory upgrades not found in most manufactured homes of its era.  For example:  vaulted ceilings, crown moldings, custom door moldings, and six panel doors.  In addition the following upgrades have been added:  metal roof over, vinyl siding, new laminate floors throughout,   ceramic back splash, ceramic tile floor in front porch, water softener, enlarged storage shed, insulated windows,  new toilets and plumbing fixtures in both bathrooms.  The home was totally repainted inside and out in the last year.  The driveway was also painted with concrete stain.  The park boasts a large clubhouse with many activities.  There is a nice swimming pool but is scheduled to be replaced with a larger one in January of 2011. The community is located within a short drive of gulf beaches and several parks with boat launch facilities.  Its only one and a half hour drive to Disney and Sea World.  One hour to all Tampa has to offer.  The park has a maintenance fee of $54 per month.  You own the land.  Taxes run about $500 per year with homestead.  The home rents for $1200 - $1400 per month in season.  The house comes complete with furniture, dishes, kitchen appliances, and linens.
