The east wing of the house is situated to take maximum advantage of Florida s semi tropical climate. The 800 +/- sq. ft. breezeway (screened in porch) serves as the main entrance and reception area. It has a 2-tier wet bar paneled in cedar with stainless steel cabinets & sink, and a large tiled counter top. Off of the breezeway are four doors leading to the rest of the east wing. One leads to the four-car garage with a locker freezer, overhead fans, and access to a large attic. Another leads to a shop/office area. The last two doors open into a 2-story apartment. The first floor has 2 large rooms with a full bath and a patio. Upstairs is a bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, a sink, walk in closet, and a deck. The first floor rooms can easily be made into a dining room and living room for entertaining without interfering with the upstairs guest room.
