I have contacted a few of these businesses who buy homes that need work and resell them. I had two the them come out and see the home. I was offered $35,000 by one and $40,000 from another and these were from people who were just going to flip it without putting a dime in it. I need $50,000 for it and that's the facts. Anything less is not worth even talking about.
