My Listing / My Account

  • How do I log in to my account?
    Click on the 'Login' link at the top right corner of the website and enter your username and password. Or, click here.

  • Can I change my password?
    Yes, you can change your password at any time. After you have successfully signed in, there is a menu bar located down the left of the 'My Account' page. Click on "Change Password" on the right side of the page.
    After you click on the Change Password link, enter and confirm your new password.

  • How do I change the information on my listing?
    Log in to "My Account" by entering your username and password. Click on the link you need under "Manage My Listing".

  • I've logged into my account. Why don't I see any links?
    You most likely have multiple accounts with, and you've logged into the one that is not connected to your listing.

  • How do I remove my listing?
    Log in to "My Account" by entering your username and password. Click on "Change Status / Remove" in the upper right-hand corner of your account page.

  • How can I find out how many people have viewed my listing?
    We record how many times people look at your listing. To see these statistics, first log in to "My Account" by entering your Username and Password. On your account page, click "Attract Buyers" and then click the "Visitor tracking" link.

  • Why do you display advertisements on my listing page?
    Our goal is to bring sellers and buyers together to complete a For Sale By Owner transaction. As part of this, we realize that the process can be very daunting. By providing resources for every step of the way - from mortgages to real estate forms - we hope that our carefully selected offers will take the guesswork out the FSBO process. When looking at your home listing online, buyers will see your property first. Hopefully, if they are interested, they will also see that all the tools they need to proceed through the transaction are readily available, and that will provide them with the confidence to make an offer.

Email Messages

  • Why am I not receiving emails from interested buyers at my email address?
    Please make sure that your email allows mail from and Some email programs with spam protection will block email from unknown senders or require human verification. Also, be sure to never mark our emails as spam. Doing so will prevent us from emailing to your address again.

  • Does save a copy of my emails?
    Yes, all messages received through your listing are stored in your mailbox in your account. Simply log in with your username and password and click on "My Mailbox" in the right-hand column of the page.

Photos & Virtual Tours

  • How do I add photos to my listing?
    There are two options for adding photos:
    1. My Account. If you have digital photos, log in to "My Account" with your Username and Password and click on "Photo Manager".
      Photos must be in .JPG (jpeg) format. For each photo that you have, click on "Browse" to find the .jpg file on your computer, and then click "Upload". You will then see a thumbnail or small version of each picture you have selected. We suggest putting a picture of the front of your property first.
    2. Email. If you have digital photos and are having problems uploading them to your account, you can include them as attachments in an email addressed to . We ask that your Listing ID and "Photo Upload Request" is in the subject line of the email and that the photos are formatted as .JPG (jpeg) files.

  • I'm having difficulty uploading my digital pictures.
    First, check that all of your photos are .jpg (jpeg) files (ex: frontofhouse.jpg).

    If you have uploaded your pictures, but don't see them on your listing, hit the "Refresh" button on your browser.

  • How long will it take for my photo(s) to be posted on my listing?
    Photos that you have uploaded yourself will be posted immediately. If you have emailed them to us, we will process them within two business days of receiving them.

  • How do I view the photo(s) on my listing?
    There are two options for viewing your listing photo(s):
    1. To view photo(s) from your Account: Log in to "My Account" by entering your Username and Password. Click on the "View Listing Online" link to see your photos.
    2. To view your photo(s) the same way a buyer would, search for your property by zip code or listing ID.
    If your listing includes more than one photo, simply click on the "previous" and "next" buttons below the picture.

  • How do I change the photos on my listing?
    Log in to your account with your username and password and click "Photo Manager". Find the picture(s) you would like removed and click "delete". If you would like another photo in its place, simply "browse" for the new file and click "upload".

  • When I click on the virtual tour link, only a blank white box appears. What's wrong?
    You may have a popup or advertising blocker on your computer preventing the window from opening properly. Try holding your SHIFT key down on your keyboard while clicking on the virtual tour link, or disable your popup blocker while on the site.

  • What is the procedure for getting my Virtual Tour?
    After ordering the virtual tour, you will be contacted by a photographer in your area within 24 hours to schedule the tour at a convenient time. Within 2 days of the footage being shot, the link to your tour will be automatically posted to your listing. The link is found to the right of the photos on your property listing page.

    If your property is out of our coverage area, our customer care team will contact you immediately and issue you a full refund.

    Please email us with your Listing ID if you experience a problem scheduling your virtual tour.


  • What is your refund policy?
    For-Sale-By-Owner packages (non-MLS) - Basic FSBO, Premier FSBO and Premium FSBO:
    You may request a full-refund up to 7 days from your purchase date.

    Realtor Showcase and MLS listing packages - Showcase, Local MLS, and Premium MLS:
    You may request a refund up to 30 days from your purchase date (less $25 processing charge) and have up to 60 days from the purchase date to complete your listing. Note: once your property has been listed on or the MLS, a refund cannot be processed.

    Real Estate Forms and Home Valuation Reports:
    You may request a full-refund up to 7 days from your purchase date.

    Private Property Websites:
    You may request a full-refund up to 30 days from your purchase date if a website address has not already been selected. Once a website address is selected, a refund cannot be processed.

    Yard signs, Open House Signs, Lock boxes, Brochure Holders/Flyer Boxes:
    You may request a full-refund up to 30 days from your purchase date. To be eligible, items must be returned in their new, unused condition. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Property Searches

  • How do I search for a home?
    Select the "Find a Home" tab on our top navigation bar. You may enter a Listing ID if you are looking for a specific property, or you may enter your desired criteria such as city/state, zip code, etc.

    This will show you a list of properties which meet your criteria. For more information on one of these properties, click on the listing directly. You will then see full property details and contact information for the seller, if available.

  • Why don't some listings contain all of the necessary property details or seller contact information?
    Unfortunately, we have little control over how much or how little information a seller chooses to provide regarding their property. While we strongly encourage sellers to include as much information as possible, some choose to include only a minimum amount.
