The ocean is right there for all you favorite water activites. During whale season we've seen amazing amounts of activity from our room's lanai (Balcony). We've even seen whales being born. This sugar beach to Maalaea cove's ocean floor is shallow, so many births occure here.
Maui has so much to offer, the sceanery is really something every mile of the way and the best part is, the resort is much lower in cost to maintain than many other timeshares on Maui as well as nationwide and it's tradeability to see the U.S. and the rest of the world is great because of low supply and high demand for Maui. The Island is small and supply of rooms is limited. You pay your low maintenance fee once a year, and it trades into thousands of timeshares 2, 3 and 4 times more to maintain than your's annually, but your bill is just your low maintenance fee along with the low membership & trade fees that you pay to Interval International. We've had so many great vacations and traded to wonderful resorts all over the U.S. There is a restaurant on the Kihei, Maui property. it's called Isana and it's wonderful. We've eaten there many times and have met people there that have gone in three and four nights of their vacation because the food it that good. Bar/ Cocktail lounge, Dinner seating as well as a sushi bar. Very nice restaurant. Karaoke some nights call for the schedule .
Our family has grown over the years and between us we have accumulated more weeks that were able to get away for. So we decided to put this on the market and help someone else change the way they vacation. It's the easiest way to budget for really amazing & much more affordable amazing luxury vacations.
