(pronounced: Key'-Oh-Saw'-Kwa) is a city in Van Buren County, Iowa, United States. The population was 1,066 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Van Buren County.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km²), of which, 1.5 square miles (3.8 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²) of it (7.59%) is water.
